The following terms and conditions are part of every contract concluded between CBR Wheels and you via our online shop. The presentation of goods on our website does not constitute a binding offer; please refer to our customer information for contract conclusion details.

Our liability

Statutory warranty rights apply unless otherwise agreed. Our liability for damages is governed by the following:

• Intent and negligence: we have unlimited liability for wilful intent or gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage resulting from a breach of essential contractual obligations.
• Exclusions: these limitations do not apply to fraudulently concealed defects, quality guarantees, or injuries to life, limb or health.
• Representatives: these liability limits also apply to our legal representatives and agents.

Retention of title and responsibility

• Ownership: all goods remain the property of CBR Wheels until payment is received in full.
• Installation: the buyer is solely responsible for the safe and proper installation and use of any products.
• Professional fit: installation must be performed by a qualified, trained professional. We are not liable for damage due to improper installation or failure to verify proper fit.
